Contingency food distribution in Dehrawod District Uruzgan province

HOPA implemented a contingency food distribution in Dehrawod District for a very small emergency caseload under Project AF01-2698. The activity was completed successfully at the designated TTC site and reached all planned households. The event was implemented as a general food assistance response only, with no specialized nutrition commodities recorded. A total of 11 households were planned and all 11 households were served, resulting in 100% coverage and zero absentees. The event shows strong distribution control, accurate stock reconciliation, and efficient handling of a limited but fully verified caseload. 

The April 2026 contingency food distribution in Dehrawod District was implemented successfully and reached all 11 planned households, with zero absentees and 2.728 MT of food distributed. The event demonstrates strong delivery control, exact stock reconciliation, and efficient implementation for a small targeted caseload. Based on the available evidence, the activity is assessed as Highly Satisfactory, with the main improvement area being stronger contextual and qualitative documentation.
